Fitness Coach
Annina is a fully qualified Personal Trainer, Gym Instructor and Group Exercise Instructor since 2021. Working in varies local Gyms instructing an array of classes and started Main-Train first in the outdoors training 1:1 and Couples before relocating to her very own Private Gym Studio in 2024.

Chef
Annina is a qualified Swiss Chef with over 12 years experience in the hospitality industry including owning and operation her own Specialised Catering Business.







Growing up in Switzerland, cooking with my dad and having delicious meals using the best ingredients and enjoying it with my family was in the top 3 of my favourite things to do.
It was only natural to then become a trained and qualified chef.
Shortly after I moved to Byron Bay, Australia with my partner Murray. I worked in different cafes and restaurants and finally had my own catering business “Edelweiss Fine Swiss Food” where we went to client’s homes and cook and serve Swiss Specialities. In a Swiss Chalet style setting for special occasions and celebrations. We needed a change though. A pandemic, moving away and into our own slice of paradise (house), a 1 minute walk to the Pacific Ocean in the beautiful Tweed to Kingscliff NSW.
A light bulb went off through long-time passion for fitness through Outdoor Fitness Classes at Byron Bay Bootcamp, Surfing and Boxing and back to the classroom where I became a qualified Personal Trainer, Small Group and Gym Instructor.
My own personal health journey showed me that listening to my body and mind and not finding all the excuses in the world to get out of my comfort zone and just start somewhere is the first step to growth. Like with everything in life , the start is the hardest part but you have to start…
We don’t need the biggest changes, it can be little things on a daily basis and it can improve your overall wellbeing, faster than what you think.
